Welcome to Fitstop Nerang! We have a community unlike any other. Our Facilities are only 2 years old, our trainers are passionate and our programming is progressive. We promise to be the best 50 minutes of your day. Our Trainers will tailor the work-out to meet you where you are at in your fitness journey. We cater for all ages and abilities. We are family friendly and offer 3 different children's play areas dependant on age. Our price is $54/ week. This includes all of our unstoppable challenges and unlimited training.

Also known as Macka..Playing elite baseball for New Zealand from a young age I have always had a love for training and pushing myself. I fell in love with Fitstops training as it truly does enable you to bring out your EVERYDAY ATHLETE! What I love about coaching because I get to see so many members achieve things for the first time, being able to help our members achieve and surpass their goals is a feeling like no other.

To me, fitness is so much more than your physique - it's about how your body moves and functions. I have always had a natural desire to learn and improve, not only myself as an athlete, but as your trainer as well. I aim to inspire through my own dedication and disciplined example of how to live a purposeful and balanced lifestyle. Favourite thing about Coaching: I love nothing more than educating people on the importance of quality movement patterns - not only for your performance in the gym, but for your ability to withstand the demands of life outside. I love holding members accountable to their goals and potential and will always be there to push them to do more and be better. Favourite Fitstop Session: For me personally, my goal is to be a well-rounded athlete and because of this, Perform is my favourite Fitstop session. The combination of heavy compound lifts with explosive movements is right up my alley.
