    Cody

    Coach

    Cody has a lifelong passion for health and fitness! As a qualified Exercise Physiologist, he has worked with a wide range of clients, from those managing metabolic, cardiorespiratory, and neurological conditions, to his specialty areas in musculoskeletal health, injury management, and pre/postnatal exercise. Cody is passionate about helping people be their best, and blends his expert knowledge with a strong sense of community to create the perfect balance of exercise, support, and results.

    Nicole

    Coach

    Nicole brings over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, with a strong background in CrossFit and Olympic lifting. She loves coaching within the Fitstop community because of its supportive and fun environment. Nicole is passionate about helping people evolve in their fitness journeys. One of her favourite aspects of coaching is watching them unlock strength, confidence, and a level of fitness they never thought possible.

    Ella

    Coach

    Coach Ella has had a passion for fitness since she was little. Ella has grown up involved in different team sports, playing at a semi-professional level for rugby union and training at a high performance facility. Ella has only recently come into the industry from a coaching perspective, completing her bachelor of health, sport and human performance in 2024 through the University of Waikato in NZ.

    Coach

    Coach Ella has a genuine passion for helping people be the best version of themselves. Ella has spent over 10 years working in the sporting sector across community sport, gender equity, and in recent times supports professional athletes with their off-field development. Ella started out as a personal trainer 16 years ago and never really left the industry. She has coached prenatal clients to endurance athletes. Ella holds qualifications in Exercise Science, Massage Therapy, Business Management, and is currently studying a Cert IV in Elite Athlete Wellbeing Management. Ella is passionate about being involved within the Fitstop community.

    Nina

    Coach

    Coach Nina has been a member previously before becoming a coach. Nina is currently in her 4th and final year of Clinical Exercise Physiology at uni. She has grown up playing touch, netball and athletics. Nina loves running and working out in a community. One of her favourite things about fitstop and coaching is meeting all of the members and gearing each other up to get the hard work done! With her clinical background she loves to get involved with assisting members when it comes to management of injuries so that everyone can stay moving no matter what.
