Welcome to Fitstop Preston! We are a group fitness studio located at 659 High Street, Preston. Right near Regent Street. It’s our mission to unleash your limitless potential to become the best version of you, whatever that looks like. We do this through our athlete-inspired, progressive training in a genuinely team-based environment that is championed by our experienced (and next-level passionate) team of trainers! Our team at Fitstop Preston have diverse skills and extensive experience in the fitness industry and are here to make a genuine difference in our Fitstoppers’ lives. You'll also have access to showers, kitchen facilities, kids zone for the little ones, and most importantly, a community that will always have your back.

MANAGER

Hey, I'm Aimee - Your studio manager at Fitstop Preston! I've been in the fitness industry over 5 years and I've been here at Fitstop since we opened in November '21. I completed my Cert IV in Fitness and additional Certificates for Pre & Post Natal coaching and Level 1 Strength & Conditioning. My favourite Fitstop class is a PERFORM! I love making training fun and social. My favourite thing about working at Fitstop is helping people’s confidence grow, seeing them smash their goals and being part of such a supportive and energetic community 👊

Louise is also part of our member experience team - when you give us a call you’re likely to hear her voice on the other end of the phone! Hey everyone! 👋 I’ve been in the fitness industry for over 9 years. I have a little girl who is almost 2 and love being able to help other parents kick their fitness goals. My favourite class is a PERFORM and I love a good burpee 🤗

Hi friends! My name is Henry and I’m one of your coaches at Fitstop Preston. I’ve been working with this amazing community since we opened in November 2021, and consider myself very lucky to be a part of the team here. On top of coaching I’m also a professional ballet dancer with the Victorian State Ballet. I’ve been dancing full time since I was 14 when I first moved to Melbourne, so I have always had a keen interest in fitness across all of its aspects- whether it being training, rehabbing from injuries (I’ve had more than enough) or physical performance. Helping our wonderful members achieve their own goals, and being able to see their growth has been particularly gratifying and rewarding for me, and I’m excited for more! Can’t wait to see you in the gym! PS Go the Cowboys 🤠 ❤️

. Hello, everyone! I'm Dean, one of your strength and conditioning coachs. With eight years of coaching experience and a remarkable 16-year background in weight training, I bring a wealth of expertise to the table. Before embarking on my coaching journey, I worked as an electrician, but my true passion lies in fitness. For the past eight years, I have wholeheartedly dedicated myself to acquiring extensive knowledge in areas such as muscle building, strength enhancement, performance optimization, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and hands-on techniques(massage etc.) Beyond the confines of the gym, I live an active lifestyle. Riding my gravel bike and mountain bike, indulging in rock climbing, and immersing myself in other outdoor activities. I am eagerly looking forward to meeting all of you and engaging in the exhilarating experience of lifting and lowering heavy objects. If you happen to spot me in the studio, please don't hesitate to say hello.
