At Fitstop, we aim to give you variety and options within the meal plan to ensure flexibility and the ability to follow it for the entirety of the Challenge. We recommend you choose ONE option at EACH meal time.
For example:
Breakfast (option 1 from Week 1)
Morning Tea (option 4 from Week 5)
Lunch (option 2 from Week 1)
Afternoon Tea (option 3 from Week 3)
Dinner (option 2 Week 6)
Supper
You may chop and change between the weeks and the options. Find what meals work for you and suit your preferences.
Your meal plan has been designed specifically to hit YOUR goals; therefore it's VITAL you have one meal for each meal time.
There is a SUNDAY ‘Cheat Meal’ included in the meal plan for you and you're welcome to get as creative as you like with this.
