Name: Tim Walsh Qualifications: Certificate 4 Fitness (Personal Trainer) Favourite thing about leading the Fitstop community: I love seeing the people that come to Fitstop really develop personally. I see them get more confidence to exercise and try new things and start to realise what their body can do. Favourite Fitstop Session: Perform and condition!

Ashlee Walsh

MANAGER

Name: Ashlee Walsh Qualifications: Certificate 4 Fitness (Personal Trainer), Bachelor Health & Physical Education, Professional certificate in Health & Wellness Coaching, Certificate in Pilates instruction. Favourite thing about leading the Fitstop community: Seeing the genuine difference you make in every one of our members lives, not only through fitness but in the sense of connection, belonging and self confidence they gain once they become part of the Fitstop Ringwood community! Favourite Fitstop Session: Loves a perform!! But every session has it's purpose ;-)

Stephanie Havercroft

TRAINER

Passionate about health and fitness and dedicated to helping individuals achieve their goals, and is committed to helping people reach their full potential. Stephanie believes in creating a supportive and motivating environment. She is super friendly and approachable and thrives on being 'your trusted gym partner' throughout your fitness journey! Steph provides guidance, encouragement and accountability every step of the way!

Tim Chatfield

Experienced in a wide range of training, Tim's friendly and genuine nature will make you feel a part of our community as soon as you meet him. With lots of valuable knowledge and a love of training himself, Tim will always go above and beyond to ensure you achieve results, and show great technique!

Samantha Lopes

TRAINER

Sam has been in the fitness industry since 2013 with a background sessions and 11 personal training. When participating in one of her sessions, you can expect a friendly environment suitable for all levels. Form & technique are always a focus so you can get the best out of your workout.
