When did you start coaching? 2019. Favourite Fitstop session? Sweat. Favourite exercise? Deadlift. Advice to new members? Strive for consistency not perfection. New members often go too hard at the start and run the risk of injury or burnout. Fun fact? I used to run a vending machine business. It was a coin-operated hair straightener used in bars, clubs, restaurants, etc.

To become your healthiest & have progress that’s sustainable, focus less on how you want to look & more on how you want to feel long term. Create enjoyable habits around this that are going to complement your life, rather than always having to start & stop your journey or put living life on hold just to get results. Fun fact? I’m a hip hop dancer and have competed in crews.

Establish a routine as early as possible to keep you consistent. Fun fact? Before working at Fitstop Warana I was an HPE coach for 4 different kindergartens on the Sunny Coast.
