Meet our Location manager, Zoe! She has been in the Fitness Industry for a number of years now. Her passion & love for her job is unmissable. Zoe has a strong passion for health, fitness & helping others. Her goal is to help you reach your health and fitness goals as well as making you apart of the very special Fitstop Community!

Caitlin Sillitoe

TRAINER

Caitlin is our little pocket rocket. Her fitness journey began in a Crossfit gym which then progressed to body composition training with PTs. Her love and drive for fitness is based on consistency. Her aim as a coach is to be super approachable, keeping you accountable and constantly motivated to ensure you are achieving your goals!

Max Woodward

TRAINER

Max is our amazing coach who you will see at every single community event and often running our run club sessions. He is a full time teacher but has a major love for health and fitness.

Tash Griffin

Tash has been in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years. She is an incredible motivator and full of knowledge. We love having her energy in every class!
