Georgia Voice

TRAINER

I am a proud Fitstop Yarrabilba Coach with 5+ years experience in the health and fitness industry, within the realm of group HIIT training, fitness instructing, powerlifting and competitive bodybuilding! With a unique background in Acting & Performing Arts — and a quirky personality to suit — I am very passionate about personal development, mindset and creative self expression. I absolutely thrive in spaces that allow me to connect with and entertain others. I leverage my experience - in both the fitness and entertainment industry - in my work as a Posing & Performance Coach (in Bodybuilding) where I help to empower other women to cultivate self-confidence, embrace their individuality and shine on stage! My health and fitness journey began with group HIIT training, and it ultimately changed the trajectory of my life. Being a group HIIT trainer enables me to connect with others in a meaningful way and act as a pivotal part of their health and fitness journey — I hope to positively impact people’s lives the way that HIIT training has impacted mine.

Shonee Giddings

TRAINER

My name is Shonee and I have been a PT for about 3 years. I have wanted to be a PT since I was 10 years old and have always been involved in sports, starting from when I was at Jimboomba Little Athletics. My training style is more technical and personal rather than a 'cheerleader' style. I always strive to make sure everyone I train leaves with a little more knowledge than before they walked in. My favorite pastimes are going to the beach, reading or being in the gym training or coaching.

Sharlene Threase

TRAINER

My name is Sharlene and I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. I hold a Cert III and IV in Fitness, Cert IV in Sports Nutrition and I am also a CrossFit Level 1 certified trainer. I have previously managed gyms, run my own personal training business and throughout that really found my love for coaching. I love to motivate and encourage members to become stronger and fitter versions of themselves. My favourite Fitstop session is Perform as I enjoy the hybrid style of training. Outside of work, I love to train, spend time with my family and pets, watcing Netflix and taking a good nap!
